ABC-Fotographia is a work in progress. If you don’t believe me, just click on the many resource links here. They are bound to be some dead links every once in a while. Now, I’m not saying this to brag, throw you off or shoot myself in the foot. As you probably already know, any kind of broken link or a page that doesn’t load properly or doesn’t contain the kind of information that it’s supposed to contain is a black eye.
Let’s be honest about it. It doesn’t make the website that these kinds of links are on look any better. It definitely doesn’t present them in the best light possible. Still, I believe that full disclosure is important at this point in time, so you can be fully aware of what you’re up against.
This website, as I’ve mentioned on the About Page, is really a compilation of not just my notes, but also the notes of other photographers from all over the world. It’s kind of like a jazz musical jam session. When jazz musicians get together, everybody starts out on the same page, but sooner or later, everybody kinds of takes their own direction and run with the ball. They either end up making some beautiful music together or it becomes unbearable noise.
The good news here is that we have a lot of material to work with. Regardless of whatever direction you want to take with your own personal photography hobby, there is more than plenty information going around here to level up your skill set. With that said, there are also a lot of rough edges here too. There are thoughts that are not really fully complete. There are notes that could use a bit of updating and upgrading. No matter how you cut it, this website is a work in progress.
Just like any other kind of website, construction area or even a photograph, in certain stages of completion, it can be a great thing because it boosts imagination, discovery. That being said, it also can be quite stressful. Whatever the case may be, there are a lot of materials here and we would like you to share your own materials as well as do your part in calling us out.
Call us out if the links don’t load properly or they don’t go where they’re supposed to go. Whatever kind of problem you’ve become aware of, do speak up because it’s only when people inform us that the problem gets solved. We can’t read minds and we don’t think that we would be able to pick up that ability any time soon.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to solve whatever issue you report immediately. It’s not like we have call center and customer support specialists located all over the words who are ready to snap into action at a moment’s notice.
The silver lining is that if different people report the same problems over and over again, we will notice the pattern and we will fix the problem sooner rather than later.
